ReCircle Hub at Sunway Malls

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Sunway Malls Re-Circle Hub facilities, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

2. Updates to Terms & Conditions
Sunway Malls may revise, update or make changes to these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any amendments will take effect once published through Sunway Malls’ official communication channels. Users are encouraged to review the latest version periodically. Continued use of the Re-Circle Hub facilities after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.

3. Sunway Super App Membership
To participate in the Sunway Malls Re-Circle Hub recycling programme and earn Sunway Points, users are required to be registered Sunway Super App members. Membership allows users to enjoy the rewards and benefits offered through the programme.

4. Personal Data Protection
Any personal information collected during registration or use of the service will be used for the administration and management of the Re-Circle Hub programme. Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable Malaysian data protection laws and regulations.

5. Recycling Guidelines & Accepted Materials
Users are required to properly sort and prepare recyclable materials before depositing them at the Sunway Malls Re-Circle Hub. Sunway Malls may conduct checks on deposited materials to ensure proper segregation and compliance with the recycling guidelines.

Accepted recyclable materials include:

Sunway Malls reserves the right to update the list of accepted recyclable materials from time to time.

6. Non-Compliant Materials
Materials that do not meet the recycling requirements, including contaminated or incorrectly sorted items, will not qualify for Sunway Points.

7. Recycling & Upcycling Process
Collected recyclable materials will be channelled through appropriate recycling or upcycling partners wherever possible. Materials that are not suitable for recycling or upcycling will be managed through responsible waste management processes.

8. Safe Use of the Re-Circle Hub
Please use the Re-Circle Hub with care and follow all on-screen instructions when depositing your recyclables. Sunway Malls is not responsible for any injury or damage resulting from misuse, improper handling or failure to follow the provided instructions.

9. Sunway Points Rewards
Eligible Sunway Super App members will receive Sunway Points based on the accepted recyclable materials collected, according to the following rewards structure:

Paper	100g = 1 Sunway Point
Carton	100g = 1 Sunway Point
Plastic	100g = 1 Sunway Point
Aluminium	50g = 5 Sunway Points

10. Points Crediting Timeline
Sunway Points will be credited within three (3) days after successful verification and conversion, based on the applicable rewards structure.

11. Points Eligibility
Sunway Points may not be awarded or may be revoked if deposited items or usage of the Re-Circle Hub do not meet the programme requirements, including but not limited to:

• Depositing items that are ineligible, incorrectly sorted or placed in the wrong compartment.
• Depositing recyclable materials that are dirty, contaminated or otherwise unsuitable for processing.
• Any misuse of the Re-Circle Hub, including fraudulent activity, account abuse, tampering with the equipment, vandalism or any act that disrupts the proper operation of the facility.

12. Points Redemption Terms
Sunway Points:

• are non-transferable;
• cannot be exchanged for cash; and
• cannot be refunded, reversed or cancelled once successfully credited.

13. Ownership of Deposited Materials
All recyclable materials deposited at the Sunway Malls Re-Circle Hub will become the property of Sunway Malls for processing and recycling purposes.

For recyclable items not listed on the Sunway Malls Re-Circle Hub webpage, users may contact the respective Sunway Mall customer service team for further clarification:

15. Service Availability & Limitations
Sunway Malls shall not be responsible for any loss, delay, interruption or inconvenience arising from equipment malfunction, system failure, technical issues, maintenance activities, force majeure events or circumstances beyond Sunway Malls’ reasonable control.

16. User Conduct
Any abusive, disruptive, harmful or inappropriate behaviour towards Sunway Malls staff, other users or the Re-Circle Hub facilities will not be tolerated. Sunway Malls reserves the right to take appropriate action, including legal action where necessary.
